About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.airconditioninginstallers.uk and to quotations and services provided by Air Conditioning Installers. By using this website or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Quotations

Quotations are free and without obligation. Our fees are fixed and transparent: the price quoted is the price you pay for the work described, unless the scope changes at your request or conditions on site differ materially from the information provided. In that case we will explain and agree any change with you before proceeding. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings and access

Once you accept a quotation we will agree an installation date with you. Please ensure safe access to the work areas, a suitable electrical supply and any permissions required (for example, landlord, freeholder or planning consent where applicable).

Cancellation

If you are a consumer and the contract was made at a distance or away from our premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start work within the cancellation period, you may have to pay for work carried out up to the point you cancel.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out in your quotation. Equipment remains our property until paid for in full.

Workmanship and warranties

All installations are carried out by F-Gas certified engineers in line with current regulations and manufacturers’ instructions, following our standard installation process. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which may require the system to be serviced at the recommended intervals. Details of workmanship guarantees will be provided with your quotation.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
