Air Conditioning Installation
Installation is the core of what we do. Every job begins with a survey, because the right system depends on the size of the space, the heat it gains, where the units can go and how you plan to use it. You receive a fixed, written quote, and our own F-Gas certified engineers carry out the work and commission the system before handover.

Servicing and Maintenance
An air conditioner that is never serviced slowly loses efficiency, costs more to run and is more likely to fail on the hottest day of the year. Most manufacturers also make annual servicing a condition of the warranty.
What a service includes
- Cleaning or replacing indoor filters
- Cleaning the indoor and outdoor coils
- Checking and clearing condensate drains and pumps
- Inspecting electrical connections and controls
- Measuring temperatures and pressures to confirm performance
- F-Gas leak checks and records where required
How often should air conditioning be serviced?
Once a year is right for most homes. Busy commercial systems, kitchens and dusty industrial environments often benefit from servicing every six months.
Fault Finding and Repairs
If your system is blowing warm air, leaking water, showing an error code or making new noises, switch it off and get in touch. Common causes include blocked filters, failed condensate pumps, sensor faults and refrigerant leaks. Refrigerant work must be carried out by an F-Gas certified engineer, so please do not attempt to re-gas a system yourself.
Air Conditioning or Heat Pump: What Is the Difference?
The systems we install are air-to-air heat pumps. They move heat from one place to another, so they can cool a room in summer and heat it in winter. An air-to-water heat pump is different: it heats water for radiators or underfloor heating and replaces a boiler. If you mainly want comfortable rooms all year round, air-to-air is usually simpler and quicker to install.
