What to Tell Us for an Accurate Quote
The more we know, the more accurate your first quote will be. Many home installations can be priced without a visit if you can share a few details:
- The rooms or areas you want to cool or heat, with rough sizes if you know them
- Where the indoor unit could go, usually a clear wall near the top of the room
- Where an outdoor unit could sit, such as a rear wall, yard or flat roof
- Your property type, for example a terraced house, flat, office or industrial unit
- Any restrictions, such as a listed building, conservation area or landlord consent
Photos help. After you submit the form, you are welcome to email photos of the inside wall and outside wall to [email protected].
What Happens After You Get in Touch
1. We review your request
We look at the details you have sent and contact you to fill any gaps, usually by email or phone.
2. Survey, if needed
Straightforward home installations can often be quoted from photos. Larger or more complex jobs, and all commercial and industrial work, start with a free site survey. You can read about each stage in our installation process.
3. Your fixed quote
You receive a written quote showing the equipment and the work included, with no obligation to go ahead. See what affects the cost.
4. Installation
Once you accept, we agree a date that suits you and our engineers complete the work.
Office Hours and Response Times
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Online enquiries can be sent at any time and are picked up first thing on the next working day.
Spring and early summer are our busiest months, so it is worth getting in touch before the first warm spell if you want an installation in time for summer.
