Air Conditioning Specialists, Not General Contractors
Air conditioning is all we do. We survey, design, install and maintain systems for homes, offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses and factories across the North East, and our own engineers carry out every installation.
That focus shows in the details customers notice: units sized properly for the room, outdoor units placed with neighbours in mind, straight pipe runs and tidy trunking, and systems that are fully tested before we hand them over.
One team from survey to aftercare
The engineers who survey your property are the same team who plan and install it. You get consistent advice, a fixed price agreed at the start, and one point of contact if you ever need us again.
Our Accreditations and What They Mean for You
F-Gas certified engineers
Air conditioning systems contain fluorinated refrigerant gases. By law, anyone who installs, services or repairs the refrigerant side of a system must hold an F-Gas certificate. It proves they can work with refrigerants safely, prevent leaks and recover gas correctly. Every engineer we send to your property holds one.
REFCOM registered business
Businesses that work on refrigerant systems must also hold company certification. REFCOM is one of the main certification bodies in the UK. Our registration means we are checked for the right qualified staff, equipment and procedures, including record keeping.
Electrical work done properly
Air conditioning needs a safe electrical supply. New circuits in homes are notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations in England, and we make sure this work is completed and certified by a registered electrician.
The Equipment We Install
We fit systems from established manufacturers including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Midea. We choose them for reliability, efficiency and the availability of parts and support, and we recommend specific models based on the job rather than pushing one brand. You can see many of them in our recent installations, and our room sizing guide explains how we choose the right capacity.
What we look for in a system
- Strong seasonal efficiency ratings for both cooling and heating
- Quiet indoor and outdoor operation
- Lower-impact R32 refrigerant on most modern split systems
- Wi-Fi control as standard or as an option
- A solid manufacturer’s warranty backed by UK support

The Standards Behind Every Installation
These apply whether we are fitting one unit in a bedroom or a complete system for a business. You can follow each step in our installation process or see the areas we cover.
A proper survey first
We size systems from the room, its glazing, insulation and use, not from a guess or a chart.
Fixed, written prices
Your quote sets out exactly what is included, and the price does not change unless you change the job.
Respect for your property
Dust sheets down, clean core drilling, neat trunking and everything taken away when we leave.
Tested before handover
Every system is pressure-tested, evacuated and commissioned, and we show you how to use it.
Efficient by design
Correct sizing and good installation keep running costs and energy use down for the life of the system.
Here after installation
Servicing plans and repairs from the same team that fitted your system.
